Also there is a huge park with swings and a new playground. Swan Lake's HOA is very solid with a large reserve fund. The house is located on a pie shaped lot with a small front yard and big back yard. The pool and large back yard are extremely private for your enjoyment. The house has a split floor plan with two Master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms. It has both a very large kitchen and family room also. The entire house has vaulted ceilings throughout. The A/C unit and water heater were replaced a few year's ago. The pool equipment and screen are quite new too. Seeing the house in person gives you the relaxing feeling of being home !
